Nearly all of the 11 million undocumented immigrants currently living in the United States would be eligible to apply for citizenship in the next several years if Congress passes a bill introduced by Democrats late last week. But, at the moment, it’s all just a wish-list. Democrats will need at least ten Republicans on board to get anything through the Senate.
