Algorithm Vet Suicide

Although experts have been trying to combat veteran suicide, veterans are still more likely to take their own lives than the general population. An average of 17 veterans die by suicide every day. Could artificial intelligence prevent suicide by identifying those most at risk? The US Department of Veterans Affairs has started using a suicide algorithm, and psychologist Matt Miller is the National Director of VA Suicide Prevention there.
