Despite no interference in the election, Russian hackers were busy burrowing into computers at the US Department of Defense, State, Homeland Security, Commerce, Treasury–and the list goes on. Russian hackers got into those computers and rooted around for at least nine months before being detected in December. But Eric Jensen says it's still not an act of war. Jensen is a professor of law at Brigham Young University, is an expert in cybersecurity law.
