When you think of someone with an eating disorder, what comes to mind? For many, it's a skinny girl looking at herself in the mirror and thinking she's fat, and then refusing to eat. But it could be anyone - your co-worker, a friend, a family member. Obese women can have eating disorders. Or men. It's a complex mental illness that often has more to do with control than with food and body image.
