When we visit our regular doctor for a check up or concern, many times we get the same advice “eat healthier and exercise more often”. But sometimes we need advice that’s more catered to our specific needs. Many times we end up relying more heavily on the internet to tell us what’s wrong than our own doctor. We can ask Google several different questions, see what both professionals and regular people say, and then come to our own conclusion. But could there be a way to avoid becoming our own doctor and instead have a better connection with our current one?
