A Walk Toward Peace and Understanding in the Middle East

If you’re on the hunt for a long-distance walking trek, you might consider the Appalachian Trail or the Camino de Santiago through France and Spain. Traveling on foot from Turkey through Syria, Jordan, Palestine, and Israel seems ill-advised at the moment. But there is a network of paths that follow that route and thousands of people walk portions of it each year. It’s called the Abraham Path, and it was conceived by a group of peace negotiation experts at Harvard, including Joshua Weiss. (Segment produced by Sydney Jezik)
