You know the phrase the “freshman 15” –the expectation that college first years will gain 15 pounds. Well, the pandemic has created a similar idea: the COVID 19 - gaining 19 pounds in quarantine and isolation. Now with summer on its way, pressure is mounting for people to lose weight and get back to how they looked before the pandemic. But nutritionist Paula Quatromoni says now might not be a good time to hop on the latest diet trend. Quatromoni is a professor from Boston University.
