According to 2020 census data, America grew by more than 22 million people over the last decade. With that number comes news that Texas will get two new seats in the US House of Representatives since it’s the state that added the most people. California will lose one of its House seats – for the first time ever – because it grew slower than a lot of other states. But if California actually grew, why is it losing a seat?
