We know that many of you are probably runners. And whether you’re a more casual runner or a serious competitor, whenever you hit the pavement (or treadmill) you run the risk of getting injured. And any injury can keep us from fully enjoying the sport let alone picking it up again after a serious setback. So how can runners avoid injuries and keep doing the thing they love? Well, Dr. Irene Davis is here to give us some insight into how we can avoid injuries by using the “foot core system”. Dr. Davis is a professor at Harvard Medical School and the founding Director at the Spaulding National Running Center.
