Cecil B. DeMille was one of Hollywood’s pioneers—perhaps best known today for his 1956 film "The Ten Commandments." But DeMille had already filmed another Ten Commandments, 30 years earlier, in the dunes of Guadalupe, California. The epic set used for the film was buried in the sand after production.
