Dr. Welton examines how opportunity structures—such as issues of stratification and access to college preparation and information—shape the connections that students of color make to educational resources and matriculation to college. Bob is a member of the editorial board of three leading journals; Contemporary Educational Psychology, Educational Psychology Review, and Educational Research, Technology & Development. Dr. Hoffman shares his research in his new book “Motivation for Learning and Performance”. Dr Townsend and Dr, Hoffman discuss how to motivate yourself and others.
