Joel Baraka grew up in a refugee camp in Uganda and doesn’t have very good memories of school there. Classes were huge, teachers were boring, resources were limited, and discipline was strict. So now he’s created a board game students in that same refugee camp are using to learn in a more engaged way. Baraka, who founded My Home Stars, created The 5 STA-Z.
