How important is eating to you? We all enjoy eating, and we know that some things are better for us than others, but knowing is only half the battle. Preparing a meal takes time and consideration, but sometimes we don’t feel like we have that luxury. Consider breakfast, people talk about it being the most important meal of the day, and think about how nice it would be to have eggs, hashbrowns, and a smoothie every morning. But when the clock is ticking and you’ve just woken up, you pour a bowl of Reese's Puffs (not sponsored) and head out the door.
