In the beloved comic strip Calvin and Hobbes, there is always a dark cloud looming over recess: the bully, Moe, who steals Calvin's lunch money and his favorite toys and threatens general mayhem. Moe's behavior goes generally unchecked, and, as in so many other situations, the grown-ups in Calvin's world appear not to get what's going on. What should be done about bullying, disrespect and other anti-social behaviors in the elementary school?
