But right now one of the most striking places to see the sun dip below the horizon is New York City. This is the season of “Manhattanhenge” when, for a brief window, the sunset aligns perfectly with the East-West street grid of Manhattan. In those moments, traffic stops, people fill the streets and Instagram is flooded with really cool pics of #manhattanhenge.
