When Women Ruled Jackson, Wyoming

1920 was a big year for women’s rights in the United States. Dreams of female suffrage finally came to fruition. Turns out, that same year in Wyoming—a state that had granted women the right to vote decades earlier—was electing an all-female town council. One candidate even won out over her own husband!
