Halloween time is upon us, and nothing is spookier than a good spooky story. On this special episode of The Apple Seed podcast, we are excited to share several spooky stories for you and your family. In this Halloween time, it's always fun to gather with those around us and try to get a good scare out of one another. (26:29) Old Time Radio Drama "War of the Worlds": This radio drama, performed by Orson Welles and his theater troupe, is a classic spooky story from 1938. Based on the novel from H. G. Wells, this troupe brings to life the story of an alien invasion from Mars. While the story is fake, the performance makes it feel incredibly real.
