It's easy to unintentionally disagree with someone, but oftentimes it spirals into an argument. When we find ourselves disagreeing, how can we keep the conversation positive and productive? Lucky for us, we get to talk to Emily de Schweinitz Taylor next about how to have healthy discussions, despite the disagreements you might have with your great uncle Bob. Emily is a certified mediator and assistant director of the Center for Peace and Conflict Resolution at the BYU Law School. She is the author of “Raising Mediators: How Smart Parents Use Mediation to Transform Sibling Conflict and Empower their Children”.
