During pre-pandemic days it was tough to find time to go to the gym. Now, even if you have time—a crowed gym with shared equipment might not be the safest place to exercise. But we know that exercise is important, and we want to fit it into our lives. Well, the good news is that you might not have to go to the gym to get those benefits. A new study shows that just going for a walk can extend your life up to 65%. Sound too good to be true?
