There’s no better feeling than knowing you are completely understood and accepted by another person, especially your significant other. Being able to explain to your loved one how you feel and then to have them look you in the eyes and support you is truly one of best parts of any relationship. But unfortunately, this dynamic doesn’t always exist between couples. Many of us at one time or another struggle with feeling like our significant other is emotionally unavailable to us. So, we invited Dr. Holly Parker, clinical psychologist and teacher of Psychology of Close Relationships at Harvard University, to help us reconnect with our partner’s emotions.
