Guest: Adam Dynes, PhD, Assistant Professor of Political Science, Brigham Young University The results are in: Democrats have taken control of the House and Republicans have gained a stronger majority in the Senate. President Trump claims it as a huge success for the GOP, and many Democrats are disappointed that the “blue wave” wasn’t the tsunami they hoped for. Enthusiasm was strong this election with an estimate of more than 110 million voters, a very high ballot number for a midterm election.
