Money to Homeless

On any given night in America, half a million people are homeless, and decades of work to end homelessness in the country have failed. What if we just gave newly-homeless people several thousand dollars in cash–no strings attached? A nonprofit initiative in Vancouver–led by University of British Columbia professor Jiaying Zhao–gave it a try, and the early results are promising.
