BYU Women's Volleyball Associate Head Coach Donan Cruz

Fresh off a national championship with the Hawaii men's volleyball program, Donan Cruz made the leap to BYU's women's volleyball staff. In this conversation, Cruz talks about why he made the switch, how he builds genuine relationships with his players, and the philosophy of learning from your team instead of dictating to them. From his village of Inalåhan to the sidelines in Provo, this is a story about connection and chasing dreams from a small island in the Pacific.
