There’s a racial bias in our justice system. Black Americans are overrepresented on death row, and Black jurors are often dismissed in cases. In Fairfax County, Virginia, over 400 criminal convictions are currently being investigated for inappropriate behavior, including racial bias. But how can you even prove that an officer pulled someone over because of the color of their skin?
