I usually find it easy to give someone else the benefit of the doubt. I’m not one to hold grudges! But when it comes to myself, I can be my own harshest critic. I think a lot of people feel the same way—going easy on someone else is one thing, but when it comes to giving yourself a break... that can be difficult. Especially during such anxiety inducing times, I think it’s about time we practice a little more self-compassion. So what can we do to practice self-compassion?
