No matter what platforms we prefer, I think it’s safe to say that we all experience both the highs and lows of social media. The good part of social media is that we meet new friends, connect with old ones, and have a space to share whatever we want. But with all the fun social media has to offer also comes the negative aspects, such as unhealthy comparisons. So, although we all do it, do we know how to stop?
