The United States Declaration of Independence continues to be a guide to American values. The Founding Fathers empathically penned these words:  “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.” This weekend, The Apple Seed celebrates our country’s liberty with storytellers Wiley and the Wild West, John McCutcheon, Don Edwards, Mitch Capel, Glenda Bonin and Kate Dudding.
