Unconscious Biases (0:00:00) Have you ever thought about how many decisions you make in a day? With so many choices in front of us on a regular basis, we often make decisions unconsciously. In fact, many of these decisions are made far in advance due to our own personal biases. But these biases that we all have can lead us to make decisions with ineffective –even harmful –outcomes. So how do we overcome our biases and make our decisions more fair-minded?
