When we think about competition seen in the wild, we often think of African waterholes. It is here that herds of zebras, gazelle, elephants and more fight for water. These waterholes are vital to the survival of many species and the African ecosystem as a whole. But how do waterholes support so much life? And how is climate change affecting them and the animals that they sustain? Here to answer these questions, and to tell us about the new PBS three-part series which he is hosting, is conservation scientist Dr. M. Sanjayan.
