Colleges and COVID-19

Colleges welcoming students back to campus this fall had hoped the COVID-19 pandemic would be over by now. Instead, infections are surging, and university administrators are in a bind. Do they mandate vaccines? Require masks? They’re wrestling with these decisions against the backdrop of political pressures.
