When the pandemic started over a year ago, many started picking up healthy lifestyle habits. Whether it was trying new recipes, starting yoga, online exercise classes, or going on daily walks. We had more time at home and more time to think about how we could improve our physical health. Now that more people are starting to get vaccinated and we are slowly approaching a sense of normalcy, how do we keep these habits?
