This past year has been a particularly stressful year for everyone as we’ve battled a pandemic, economic uncertainty, political unrest, and social isolation. Many have turned to familiar comfort foods to help ease their anxieties. However, the same food that makes us oh so happy, can also make us oh so round. So, as we start this New Year, what can we do to make sure we keep a healthy relationship with food?
