The Kraken

The kraken is a legendary sea beast that has captivate humans for millennia. And like all good monsters of lore, the kraken is based in truth. There are enormous, deep-sea dwelling squid - we just don’t know much about them. Though now, thanks to deep sea biologist Edith Widder’s inventive work with remote cameras and LED lights, we have the first images of live giant squid on video.
