Republicans and Democrats agree that America ought to invest in its infrastructure—now if only they could agree on the definition of infrastructure. While Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell promotes a “traditional” infrastructure (i.e., roads, bridges), President Joe Biden has planned for health and elder care, affordable housing, clean energy, job training, and more.
