It can help you lose weight, boost your metabolism, and help the planet. So what is keeping so many of us from enjoying a nice bike ride commute? Today we are talking with Crys Lee, executive director of Bike Utah, a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing active transportation plans, educating citizens, increasing safety through legislation, and improving quality of life for residents and visitors with more bike lanes, paths, and trails.
