With 2.3 million people currently incarcerated in the United States, jail ministry aims to rehabilitate through spiritual means. Jail ministry emphasizes forgiveness and the worth of every soul in God’s eyes. But do most people even understand how jail ministry works? Or what it’s like to teach prisoners?
