The hunt appears to have been conducted illegally and has sparked intense international debate over the morality and legality of trophy hunting African animals. Protestors are demanding an end to the practice. A number of US airlines have stopped allowing the spoils of such hunts to return to the states as cargo on their planes. Today we discuss possible policies that might discourage trophy hunting.
