Sleeping Patterns Dr. John Cline, is a licensed psychologist and diplomate of the American Board of Sleep Medicine and is here to talk to us about the dangers of little sleep. From the college student pulling an all nighter, the new parent waking up to a screaming baby, and everywhere in-between we are simply not getting enough sleep.
