Hyper-systemizing is a trait which drives people to seek patterns, experiment, invent, and make sense of the world. It's also a trait associated with autism. Studies show that autism shows up more prevalently in the STEM fields, but there is a high rate of unemployment and even suicide among people with autism. How can we better take advantage of these pattern-seeking skills and bring more people into our work communities? Guest: Simon Baron-Cohen, Professor of Psychology and Psychiatry and Director of the Autism Research Centre at Cambridge; author of "The Pattern Seekers: How Autism Drives Human Invention"
