For many of us, the idea of having a conversation about sexuality with our young children can seem awkward and discomforting. But talking about sex with our young kids shouldn't be something we dread: in fact, these talks can turn into some of the most beneficial conversations we’ll have with them as they grow up. Joining us on the show today is Kim Cook, a Certified Health Education Specialist and a former elementary school nurse. We invited her to discuss with us how to have positive talks with our children about their sexuality. Are 5 Meals Better Than 3?
