Dr. Thomas Lickona is a developmental psychologist and professor of education emeritus at State University of New York, Cortland. He is the best-selling author of Raising Good Children and Character Matters as well as nine other books on character development. Over the past 100 years, we’ve made incredible technological advancements in heart health –pacemakers and heart transplants among many others. But, Dr. Sandeep Jauhar says that if we can improve our emotional well-being, we just might be able to heal our hearts. Dr. Jauhar is the director of the Heart Failure Program at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. He is also the author of Heart: A History.
