Dr. Rosalind Barnett is a Senior scientist at the Women’s Studies Research Center at Brandeis University. This year’s election has brought to light many issues that face our society today. Among those issues is the on going discussion of women, not only in the work place, but also in politics. With Hillary Clinton forging her way through the democratic primaries many critics are questioning her ability to be “likeable.” But does likability equal competence?
