Parenting comes with many challenges, but most parents would probably agree that mealtime and feeding is probably among the biggest. We need to worry about feeding our kids enough, giving them the best options, and them eating everything on their plates. Food is a significant part of our lives - and that never changes. Many of the habits and feelings we form around in our childhood go with us as we become adults and possibly parents ourselves. So how can we help our children form the best relationship with food they possibly can?
