We all know how the pandemic took it’s toll on mental health. While our society is more open to talking about mental health and its treatments than ever before, it can be difficult to discuss mental health if you don’t know exactly what you’re dealing with. While different mental illnesses can be mistaken for each other, one of the more common ones today is ADHD and anxiety. We typically attribute a lack of focus to ADHD, but now new information and evidence is teaching us that these traits can also be seen in people struggling with anxiety, which has increased since the pandemic. So how can we know what we are dealing with to help ourselves or our loved ones who are struggling?
