To become a restaurant franchisee, you must have a substantial amount of money to invest upfront. Which often means that franchises just make the rich get richer. But a Los Angeles restaurant called Everytable is turning that model upside down—people can franchise this restaurant with no money of their own. The owners of Everytable even guarantee new franchisees a salary to get them through the difficult first years.
