When putting together a home, we often spend so much time decorating the shared spaces in the house that our own bedrooms often get neglected. The place that should be our own little sanctuary is more like an afterthought than a retreat from the rest of the world. And because we’ve spent so much time on the rest of the house, when we do finally get around to decorating our own rooms, we’re usually too tired to do it right.
