Portable MRI can help doctors save lives

MRI machines are massive and expensive, making them limited in their capabilities. You can't have one in an ambulance to make a life-saving determination in a medical emergency. But a company called Hyperfine Research and scientists at Yale have just created and deployed the first MRI machine that’s portable.
